What a difference a month makes! All the roads in Chinatown are now fully re-opened to traffic and we’re finishing off footpaths, terraces and landscaping throughout the project area. Here’s a street-by-street look at what’s happening as we approach the last few weeks of the project.

James Down and his team have completed a spectacular renovation of the Kinney's Store building, with Broome Gallery now open for business, and a new ice cream store and Azure Beach and Resort Wear scheduled to open in April 2018.

In 2017, Broome was invited to ‘Paint the Town Red’ at a monthly trial for late night trading in Chinatown. The sentiment of all involved in the 2017 trials was positive, and planning is now underway to continue late night trading in 2018.
